Question Newest Tim Burton film

I saw the preview for Corpse Bride on TV the other day. It seems all to similar to Nightmare Before Christmas . Rumor has it Johnny Depp is in this movie (most likely the main character). I was curious as to what other people thought of this movie. I'll still always be a fan of Burton's musical composer Danny Elfman. He's done the majority of the soundtracks for his films (Beetlejuice, Scissorhands, Big Fish, etc..).

Heres the trailer:

Just wanna know what you guys think.

It looks like it will be pretty good. I've been a fan of Tim Burton's work for a while. I do admit that he can make some bad stuff sometimes, (I didn't like his version of Planet of the Apes and I don't think I'll like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) but I do think that this one will be pretty good. I'm looking forward to seeing it. (Then I'll be ready to kill myself once I see all of the Hot Topic fiends wearing the shirts and merchandise, but alas, thus is life.)

I'm looking forward to Corpse Bride, looks similar to The Nightmare Before Christmas but might make me laugh instead of cry.

I'm realy looking forward to this, though not the merchandising as previously stated. Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter do the main voices with Miranda Richardson as Depp's living wife. It's nothing like Nightmare just done in the same style. Should be amazing. The Corpse Bride idea is from around the turn of the century when many Jewish brides were murdered and buried next to the road in Russia in an attempt to stop them 'breeding' there were tales about them haunting the roads in search of their husbands to be and etc. Just some trivia there...

I'm a HUGE fan of Tim Burton. Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my favorit movies. And though this is quite different story wise, I am quite exited by the aspect of a new Burton animated feature. There nothing quite like Burton's animations. You can even see it in Disney's "The Black Caldron", when Burton was still working as an artist and not a director.
